During numerous studies, it has been possible to evaluate accurately the risks of bacterial, fungal and viral contamination in hospital environments and in dental surgeries, where the risk of cross-infections is very high and sanitisation is, therefore, of great importance.

The advantages of using Sani System
Sani System is an electro-medical device for high-level sanitisation in environments with a high risk of biological contamination (class 2A medical device for professional use).
It delivers high-temperature (180°C) over-heated dry atomized steam in combination with the sanitising solution HPMed (a hydro-alcohol solution containing sodium metasilicate and sodium carbonate). Polti Sani System lowers the bacterial, fungal and viral loads on surfaces and fabrics to which it is applied, in a few seconds. This way, the risk of cross-infections can be rapidly reduced.
Its unique feature is bringing steam to a high temperature in an expansion chamber in order to atomize it, with a very low moisture content. In this way, it will evaporate quickly from the treated surfaces without leaving any residual moisture behind.
Sani System, patented world-wide by Polti S.p.A., was developed on the basis of studies conducted by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Pavia (Italy), and since then it has undergone numerous laboratory tests and clinical studies, both in Italy and abroad. These studies have shown that Sani System is safe to use and has a high effectiveness in the reduction of the microbial loads, giving better results than those obtainable with conventional sanitising methods.

It lowers the bacterial, fungal and viral load on any type of surface.
Spraying for 30 seconds per square meter is sufficient to eliminate the microbiological contamination from surfaces. The dry atomized steam evaporates within 30 to 45 seconds without leaving any residual behind. There is no need to use conventional chemical disinfectants.
The mixture of steam and HPMed can be released in the presence of people. In addition, it does not require any contact with the surfaces to be sanitised, and therefore eliminates any risk of contamination to and from the operator. It is also safe to use on surfaces and fabrics, with causing any damage. HpMed has been subjected to skin tests.
